'The Story of an Old Soul' many, many layers of paint creates the history of this painting. Looking through the deep layers, draws the viewer deeper into its history, like a past remembered.
I create these paintings by adding layer, upon layer of paint. I use many different techniques to apply the paint and as well as scratching down with various tools to reveal layers underneath.
The painting is acyrlic on wood panel with a protective waxed finish. 30 x 30 cm
This painting is framed in a black floating frame measuring 35 x 35 cm. If you'd prefer a professionally made white tray frame instead, this can be upgraded for an additional cost (please contact me).
