Part of my Tree Series, exploring my fascination with the tree. The same species can grow in different locations around the world, each one individual, their shapes telling of their unique environments. No matter how ravaged, or blessed a life it has led we can instantly recognise it as an oak tree, a pine, or in this case a palm tree. On a deeper level these paintings tell the story of how our lives shape us as individuals but deep down we are all the same.

Framed in a beautiful, professionally hand made, white tray frame measuring 25 x 25 cm.
I create these paintings by adding layer, upon layer of paint. I use many different techniques to apply the paint, as well as scratching down with various tools to reveal layers underneath.
This painting is signed on the back. The frame is complete with d-rings and hanging string so it is ready to go straight on the wall.
I carefully wrap and despatch orders as soon as possible and send via a 48 hour tracked service.
