This beautiful mosaic panel is created using stained and iridescent glass in a selection of gorgeous colours. It is designed to be placed indoors, perhaps on the window sill and comes with its own handmade oak stand.

My latest series of window panels is inspired by raindrops and the interweaving of nature. How each and every thing relies on and effects each other, living in a delicate balance.

The sensuous lines of the glass weave in and around each other depicting the interlayering of life.  They have the feeling of celtic art, not my original intention as my lines are freer, but I love how these contemporary mosaic panels have that overall feel.

Each panel I create is unique and I aim to include a mixture of transparent, opaque, textured and iridescent glass.  I hand cut and shape all the glass used in this mosaic. I use a mixture of new and vintage stained glass and this shows in the uneven, unique surfaces of the glass.

The stained glass mosaic is on a clear acrylic backing and finished with black grout.

The panel measures 20 x 9.5 x 0.7 cm

The oak stand measures 15 x 7 x 2 cm

Each panel is unique and the panel and stand pictured are the ones you will receive.

I carefully wrap and dispatch orders as soon as possible and the parcel will be sent using a tracked service.

The environment is very important to me and I make no waste creating these. Any cut offs of glass are kept for smaller projects, the backing is bought as offcuts from sign makers and the wood is sustainably sourced. I carefully reuse packaging when posting out orders.

To care for the panel and stand wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
