This stunning, round, mosaic panel is inspired by the colours and warmth of a glorious sunset at the end of a summer's day.
Created using vibrant shades of stained glass. It is designed to be placed indoors, perhaps on the window sill and comes with its own handmade hardwood stand.
Each panel I create is unique and I aim to include a mixture of transparent, opaque, textured and iridescent glass. I shape by hand all the glass used in this mosaic. I use a mixture of new and vintage stained glass and this shows in the uneven, unique surfaces of the glass.
The stained glass mosaic is on a clear acrylic backing and finished with black grout.
The panel measures 26 x 26 x 0.7 cm
The hardwood stand measures 27.5 x 7 x 2 cm
Each panel is unique and the panel and stand pictured are the ones you will receive.
I carefully wrap and dispatch orders as soon as possible and the parcel will be sent using a tracked service.
The environment is very important to me and I make no waste creating these. Any cut offs of glass are kept for smaller projects, the sturdy backing is bought as offcuts from sign makers and the wood is sustainably sourced. I carefully reuse packaging when posting out orders.
To care for the panel and stand wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
